The medical unit, led by Shizune, was armed with specialized rifles loaded with tranquilizer darts. These weapons were explicitly designed to incapacitate Naruto without causing severe injury or allowing him to fight back. A single hit would instantly knock him unconscious, making it easy for the team to secure and quarantine him.

The mystery behind Naruto’s sudden sneeze was finally solved. Shizune discovered a small bottle in his pocket. As it turned out, Naruto had accidentally inhaled its contents—chili powder—which triggered the violent sneeze. Meanwhile, Sakura’s sudden collapse was simply the result of extreme exhaustion.
As for the red spots on her face, they were nothing more than a mild allergic reaction caused by the sneeze itself. In short, none of her symptoms had anything to do with a deadly virus.
Feeling utterly wronged by the ordeal, Naruto demanded an apology from Tsunade. In his eyes, being the Hokage didn’t exempt her from taking responsibility for such a massive blunder.
Tsunade, however, had the perfect alibi ready. She boldly claimed that the entire incident wasn’t a mistake at all, but rather an emergency crisis simulation. She then smoothly thanked Naruto for his “participation” in the drill.
