Naruto is arguably the pioneer of the Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Jutsu). Throughout the anime, he is the first to use and teach the technique. Even Jiraiya, one of Konoha’s Legendary Sannin, was captivated by it, acknowledging Naruto’s genius in creating such a “perverted” ninjutsu.

Naruto relies on two signature seduction techniques: the Oiroke no Jutsu and the Harem no Jutsu. While both serve the same purpose, there is a fundamental difference between them.

The Oiroke no Jutsu focuses its seduction on a single target, whereas the Harem no Jutsu scales up the temptation by utilizing multiple Shadow Clones (Kage Bunshin).

Here are the eight characters who fell victim to Naruto’s technique:

1. Iruka

It all began when Naruto was still an Academy student. Iruka, his homeroom teacher, delivered a lengthy lecture to Naruto in front of the entire class. Iruka was concerned about Naruto failing the graduation exam, but he was equally frustrated by the boy’s endless troublemaking.

For reasons unknown, Iruka ordered the entire class to retake the Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Jutsu) exam, including those who had already passed. The sudden decision shocked the students. Some blamed Naruto, though most managed to pass the retake anyway.

When it was Naruto’s turn to use his second chance, he ignored the standard transformation. Instead, he morphed into a voluptuous woman using the Oiroke no Jutsu and struck a seductive pose. The sheer shock sent Iruka flying backward, a stream of blood shooting from his nose.

2. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi

After graduating from the Academy and officially becoming a Genin, Naruto was required to submit his shinobi registration form to the Hokage. However, the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, rejected it, deeming Naruto’s eccentric registration photo entirely inappropriate.

Naruto tried to argue that the photo was an artistic concept that took him three hours to design, but Hiruzen insisted it failed to meet standard regulations and demanded a replacement.

Annoyed by the Hokage’s critique, Naruto unleashed the Oiroke no Jutsu, transforming into a beautiful, alluring woman. The sight triggered a massive nosebleed from the Third Hokage, sending him tumbling out of his chair.

3. Ebisu

This incident sparked when Konohamaru became Naruto’s apprentice, eager to learn the Oiroke no Jutsu. However, Ebisu—Konohamaru’s elite private tutor—strictly forbade his student from associating with Naruto.

The tension peaked when Ebisu caught the two together and realized Konohamaru had already picked up Naruto’s indecent technique. This only fueled Ebisu’s determination to drag Konohamaru home and isolate him from Naruto.

Watching Ebisu force Konohamaru against his will while openly belittling him, Naruto challenged the tutor using the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. Brimming with confidence, Ebisu accepted.

Naruto then chained his clones into the Harem no Jutsu, transforming them all into a mob of gorgeous women. They immediately swarmed Ebisu, embracing and seducing him.

The overwhelming charm gave Ebisu a severe nosebleed, launching him into the air before he crashed to the ground, completely unconscious.

4. Jiraiya

The story started with Ebisu training Naruto in the fundamentals of chakra control. Ebisu brought him to a hot spring to practice walking on water; if Naruto fell in, he failed the exercise.

Mid-training, Ebisu caught Jiraiya peeping on the women’s bath. Outraged, Ebisu attacked him. Jiraiya effortlessly countered by summoning a toad, which bound Ebisu with its tongue and slammed him against a cliff, knocking him out cold.

Awed by how easily Jiraiya defeated the elite tutor, Naruto demanded to become his apprentice. He insisted Jiraiya take responsibility for ruining his training and demanded he oversee his chakra control exercises. Jiraiya flatly refused.

Naruto tried everything, even lying about having read Jiraiya’s Make-Out Tactics novels. Jiraiya saw right through the lie.

The more Naruto followed him, the more Jiraiya avoided him, claiming that gathering “research” by observing well-endowed women for his next book was far more important than babysitting a genin.

Frustrated by his constant rejections, Naruto resorted to the Oiroke no Jutsu, morphing into a seductive woman. Jiraiya instantly suffered a nosebleed, entirely captivated by the transformation. Left with no other choice, he finally agreed to train Naruto.

5 & 6. Puccha and Mondai

While Rock Lee and Might Guy were away from Konoha on a mission, two impostors named Puccha and Mondai tried to exploit their absence. They disguised themselves as the duo—not by using ninjutsu, but by attempting to replicate their looks with cheap salon makeup.

Their primary mission was to infiltrate the Hokage’s office and steal classified Konoha intelligence. By doing so, they hoped to gain fame, be hailed as heroes, and win medals of honor in their home village.
Naruto stumbled upon the sneaking pair. Completely oblivious to the ruse, Naruto genuinely believed they were the real Lee and Guy. He begged them to let him join their Taijutsu training. Terrified of blowing their cover, Puccha and Mondai refused.

Unfortunately for them, the rejection only made Naruto more determined. Finally, he used his Shadow Clones to initiate the Harem no Jutsu. Surrounded by a bevy of beautiful, tempting women, Puccha and Mondai broke. Enchanted by the seduction, they caved and agreed to Naruto’s request.

7 & 8. Kaguya and Sakura

During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto and Sasuke faced a seemingly insurmountable challenge against the progenitor of chakra, Kaguya Otsutsuki. Because she could absorb ninjutsu, even their most devastating signature attacks were entirely ineffective against her.

From a distance, Sakura and Kakashi watched the fierce battle unfold.

Naruto proposed a desperate plan to Sasuke to create an opening. Sasuke was initially skeptical, but Naruto assured him that he had been secretly practicing this seduction technique even more intensely than the Rasengan.

As a diversion, Sasuke launched an Amaterasu attack. While Kaguya was distracted absorbing the black flames, Naruto closed in, created several Shadow Clones, and unleashed the Oiroke: Gyaku Harem no Jutsu (Reverse Harem Jutsu), transforming into a mob of naked, handsome men.

The sheer absurdity caught Kaguya off guard. Naruto capitalized on her hesitation, landing a solid punch that nearly led to her being sealed. It was a crucial, world-saving moment for Naruto and Sasuke—all made possible by a seduction technique that cracked a god’s defense.

Even Sakura, watching from afar, wasn’t spared. The Reverse Harem Jutsu gave her a nosebleed, forcing her to feel its seductive pull. Though she initially doubted the technique would work on Kaguya, she had to admit its effectiveness. However, seeing an absolute being like Kaguya actually fall for the temptation was too much; the shock caused Sakura to faint on the spot.

Note: For those wondering which episode features the Sexy Jutsu against Kaguya, you can watch it unfold in Naruto Shippuden Episode 463.
