Victor is the founder of a medical equipment company operating in the Land of Valleys. His body has been heavily modified with Scientific Ninja Tools by Amado.

He was admitted into Kara’s Inner circle because his corporation served as a massive financial backer supporting the organization’s grand design to obtain the Chakra Fruit from the Divine Tree (Shinju).

A veteran of the Fourth Great Ninja War, Victor suffered catastrophic injuries during the conflict, permanently damaging his right eye and leg. As his physical health steadily deteriorated, his patience with Kara’s allegedly sluggish timeline wore thin.

Consequently, Victor decided to go rogue. He partnered with Deepa to covertly cultivate an imitation Divine Tree, operating entirely outside Kara’s primary agenda.

Victor was utterly obsessed with the Divine Tree and its fruit. He believed that consuming the fruit would repair his broken body, restoring his defective eye and leg. Furthermore, he hoped the fruit would grant him immortality, driving his obsession to uncontrollable heights.

To achieve this, Victor stole Hashirama’s cells from Orochimaru’s laboratory. As an experienced war veteran, he had also secretly hoarded fragments of the original Divine Tree and successfully cultivated them until they sprouted.

Unfortunately for him, the Divine Tree he grew was a mere imitation, and the resulting fruit failed to meet his expectations. He even ended up ensnared by the tree’s blooming flower, trapped within its grasp. According to Orochimaru, the authentic Chakra Fruit is not something a mere mortal can handle.

Here are the incredible abilities Victor wielded as a Kara Inner:

1. Exceptional Combat Speed for a Veteran

During the clash in the Land of Silence, where Victor fought Mugino and Konohamaru over Hashirama’s cells, he showcased extraordinary combat prowess. Despite appearing as a frail, disabled old man, Victor moved with terrifying speed.

Konohamaru was visibly stunned by his agility, and Mugino quickly realized Victor was no ordinary senior citizen.

Victor also possessed formidable Taijutsu skills. His strikes were difficult to evade, even for an elite Jonin like Mugino. In one instance, Victor tossed a walking stick into the air with 99% accuracy to perfectly parry a surprise kunai attack from Mugino.

To Victor, Konohamaru and Mugino were just average Jonin, vastly inferior to his own capabilities.

2. Mastery Over All Five Chakra Natures

Victor shared a rare talent with the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi: the mastery of chakra nature transformation. He was capable of weaving jutsu from all five basic elemental natures—Lightning, Wind, Water, Earth, and Fire.

This revelation shocked Konohamaru during their battle. He never expected to encounter someone else who had mastered elemental transformation to the same degree as his grandfather.

Here are some of the elements Victor utilized in combat:

• Wind Style: During the skirmish in the Land of Silence, Victor used a Wind Style jutsu to blow Mugino and Konohamaru away, preventing them from interfering in the battle between Team 7 and Deepa.

• Water, Earth, Fire, and Lightning Styles: When Konohamaru infiltrated Victor’s lab to stop the awakening of the imitation Divine Tree, a fierce battle erupted. When Konohamaru launched a Fire Style: Dragon Flame Bomb, Victor effortlessly countered it with a Water Style jutsu.

Seeing Konohamaru overwhelmed and his arm ensnared by the tree’s roots, Victor capitalized on the opening, bombarding him with a relentless barrage of Earth, Fire, and Lightning jutsu.

Fortunately, Konohamaru narrowly avoided the strikes. His luck turned when Orochimaru arrived just in time to reclaim the Hashirama cells and rescue him from the dire situation.

3. Extra Arms

Victor possessed the unique, grotesque ability to sprout two additional arms from his shoulders. These extra limbs not only helped him maintain balance while standing but also allowed him to weave hand signs to cast jutsu independently.

In combat, these extra arms made him a highly lethal opponent. Konohamaru and Mugino were overwhelmed, noting that fighting him felt like fighting multiple people at once. These supplementary limbs made Victor an incredibly difficult adversary to defeat in close-quarters combat.

4. Mastery of Rapid Regeneration (Jikozenchi no Jutsu)

After stealing the Hashirama cells, Victor eventually found himself face-to-face with Orochimaru, who had come to take them back. A brutal battle ensued.

Orochimaru summoned a massive snake that swallowed Victor’s head whole. Additionally, Orochimaru managed to sever both of Victor’s main arms. However, utilizing the Jikozenchi no Jutsu (Self-Restoration Technique), Victor’s decapitated head and amputated arms rapidly regenerated, restoring him to a fully intact state.

As a fellow master of regenerative jutsu, Orochimaru found Victor’s biology fascinating. However, he correctly deduced that Victor’s healing factor was fundamentally flawed.

Orochimaru’s assessment was spot on. Every time Victor relied on the Jikozenchi no Jutsu, his underlying physical condition deteriorated even further, proving his regenerative abilities carried a fatal weakness.

5. The Curse Mark of Immortality

To prolong his life and maintain his physical strength, Victor utilized a specialized curse mark of immortality. Thanks to this seal, the elderly and ailing Victor could stay alive and retain enough vitality to fight.

Tragically for Victor, the curse mark eventually lost control. This malfunction afflicted his body with a severe, incurable degenerative disease.

6. Master of Deception and Manipulation

To achieve his ambitions, Victor was ruthless, willing to employ any means necessary—including lying to and manipulating everyone around him.

Deceiving the Daimyo of the Land of Valleys

Victor successfully conned the Daimyo of the Land of Valleys by claiming his company was developing world-saving technology. He promised cures for terminal illnesses and anti-aging treatments derived from Hashirama’s cells.

Seduced by these lies, the Daimyo granted Victor’s corporation absolute state protection, effectively blocking Konoha officials from investigating his facilities.

The Daimyo was even dazzled and proud when he toured Victor’s central research hub. However, the facade shattered when Konohamaru dispelled the genjutsu clouding the Daimyo’s mind.

Freed from the illusion, the Daimyo witnessed the horrific reality of the lab: Victor was conducting inhumane experiments, illegally grafting Hashirama’s cells onto human test subjects.

Realizing he had been blinded by Victor’s fantasies, the Daimyo finally authorized Konoha to seize the illicitly obtained cells.

Sacrificing His Own Employees to the Divine Tree

Using his war injuries as a sympathetic cover story, Victor founded his company under the guise of helping those with similar physical disabilities. He claimed to be pioneering regenerative medical therapies—techniques utilizing patient DNA to regrow lost limbs.

He also promised to unlock the secrets of aging and extend human lifespans. With a vision to become a global leader in medical equipment, Victor attracted brilliant minds from across the nations to work for him.

However, their dedication and loyalty meant absolutely nothing to him. Victor ruthlessly used his employees as living sacrifices to feed his imitation Divine Tree. He drained their chakra to ensure the tree’s growth, showing complete disregard for their lives.

Lying to Jigen and Scapegoating Deepa

When Jigen caught Victor attempting to cultivate the imitation Divine Tree behind Kara’s back, Victor desperately tried to deflect the blame. During interrogation, he scapegoated Deepa, insisting the entire operation was his partner’s idea. As an alibi, Victor claimed he had nearly been killed after being sucked into the tree and bemoaned his massive losses, including the destruction of his company.

Feigning Illness to Steal Vessel Data

After his Divine Tree project failed, Victor devised a new scheme to steal the “Vessel”—the core object of Kara’s master plan. Using a cunning strategy, he ingested a drug that induced a localized, coma-like state.

He visited Amado for a routine physical examination. Mid-checkup, he feigned a sudden seizure and collapsed into his “coma.” Amado promptly moved him to the medical ward. This was exactly what Victor wanted; he knew the ward was directly connected to the Vessel’s storage area.

From his bed, Victor deployed a robotic fly drone to infiltrate the storage facility and download the highly classified data regarding the Vessel. Armed with this stolen data, Victor hoped to use it as leverage to blackmail Jigen, or repurpose the research to cure his rapidly failing body.

Attempting to Steal the Vessel and Dying by Kashin Koji’s Hand

When the Vessel reached Phase 3, Jigen ordered it relocated to a more secure site. Victor immediately volunteered to handle the transport, offering his advanced, radar-invisible stealth blimp specifically designed to evade shinobi detection.

Amado approved the transport but laid down one strict condition: Victor was forbidden from boarding the flight. Furthermore, Amado programmed the blimp’s autopilot to fly directly to the destination without manual input.

However, the ever-deceptive Victor had a backup plan. He secretly installed a secondary override mechanism that allowed him to hijack the blimp’s flight path remotely. Confident he had total control, Victor believed he could steal the Vessel at his leisure.

Then, the unthinkable happened. The blimp transporting the Vessel suddenly lost control and crashed. Though Victor had every intention of stealing it, he was not responsible for the crash.

Victor’s bad luck peaked when Kashin Koji discovered he possessed the stolen Vessel data. Koji immediately accused Victor of orchestrating the crash, framing him as the perfect scapegoat. As punishment, Koji unleashed the Trance of True Flames, burning Victor alive.

Victor’s Jikozenchi no Jutsu proved entirely useless against the inescapable flames. Ultimately, Victor was completely incinerated by Kashin Koji, bringing an abrupt end to a tragic life built entirely on deceit.
