Aside from the Rasengan and Shadow Clones, Naruto has another infamously unique signature move: the Oiroke no Jutsu (Sexy Jutsu) and the Harem no Jutsu.
Interestingly, Naruto seemed to train this seduction technique even more rigorously than his Rasengan. He held absolute confidence that any man would succumb to it.
Surprisingly, this very technique once helped save the world. When Naruto and Sasuke were overwhelmed by Kaguya Otsutsuki—the progenitor of chakra who could absorb all ninjutsu—Naruto used the Oiroke no Jutsu to create a desperate opening. The goal was to give Sasuke and himself a split second to seal her.
Naruto transformed, but this time, he manifested a mob of incredibly handsome, naked men. The result was completely unexpected: Kaguya was genuinely mesmerized by the alluring figures.
Even Kakashi and Sakura, watching from the sidelines, couldn’t hide their shock. They never imagined that Naruto’s ridiculous seduction jutsu would actually work on a god-like being like Kaguya.
However, not everyone fell for it. Here are 10 characters who proved completely immune to the Oiroke and Harem no Jutsu:
1. Sasuke Uchiha

This incident began with a misunderstanding. Annoyed after seeing Sakura upset following a conversation with Sasuke, Naruto tracked down his rival and challenged him to a fight. During the brawl, Naruto used his Shadow Clones to gang up on Sasuke. The clones managed to restrain Sasuke, pinning him down.
Another clone pulled back its fist, aiming straight for Sasuke’s face. But with quick thinking, Sasuke tricked the clones into punching the real Naruto instead. He then effortlessly dispatched the remaining clones, showcasing his agility and combat prowess.
Cornered and overwhelmed by Sasuke’s speed, Naruto resorted to his ultimate weapon: the Oiroke no Jutsu. Unfortunately, Sasuke outsmarted him again by feigning attraction.
As Naruto, in his seductive form, moved in to punch him, Sasuke capitalized on the opening. He triggered a shuriken trap that struck Naruto squarely in the rear, leaving him screaming in pain.

Ultimately, the technique failed to seduce Sasuke. But this wasn’t an isolated incident; Sasuke proved immune to the Oiroke no Jutsu twice.
The second time occurred as Team 7 headed back to Konoha after successfully escorting Tazuna to build his bridge. Mid-journey, Naruto suddenly realized he had lost his highly prized free Ichiraku Ramen coupon. Panicking, he sprinted back toward Tazuna’s house to retrieve it.
Realizing Naruto had run off alone, Kakashi ordered Sasuke to go after him. Annoyed because he just wanted to go home, Sasuke chased him down and ordered him to stop and turn back. Instead of listening, Naruto mocked Sasuke, slapping his own rear as he ran.

A frantic chase ensued. Frustrated by Sasuke relentlessly tailing him, Naruto whipped out the Oiroke no Jutsu. Once again, the jutsu had absolutely zero effect. Unfazed, Sasuke simply planted his foot directly into Naruto’s transformed face, leaving him thoroughly exasperated.
2. Might Guy

This story began when Naruto, Yamato, Aoba, and Guy were sailing to the Hidden Cloud Village. While crossing a stretch known as the Doldrums, a Jonin delivered grim news: all their food and water rations had been contaminated by mold.
Naruto quickly realized the cause. The mold had spread from some strange mushrooms he had accepted from a vendor at a port market while stocking up for the two-week voyage.
The greatest danger of the Doldrums is that a ship can neither accelerate nor turn back; it takes two full weeks to traverse. A mysterious magnetic field surrounding the ocean meant there was absolutely no wind or fish in the area.
Consequently, the crew began to starve and dehydrate. The conditions grew so dire they lost track of how many days had passed.
Guy explained the grim reality to Naruto: a person could die without food and water for a week. Desperate, Guy led Naruto to the mold-infested rations. To test if the mysterious mushrooms were poisonous, he proposed a game of rock-paper-scissors; the loser had to take a bite. Guy lost.

Recklessly, Guy scarfed down a mushroom and declared it delicious. Starving and curious, Naruto took a bite and agreed. Shortly after, however, mushrooms began sprouting directly from their bodies, driving them both into a state of delirium.
The madness escalated into a violent brawl over the remaining mushrooms. Confident he could incapacitate the Taijutsu master, Naruto unleashed his seduction technique. Combining his Shadow Clones with the fungus, he created the Mushroom Harem Jutsu.

Instead of being tempted, Guy was completely unfazed by the mob of voluptuous women. He calmly stated that such a sight would never give him a nosebleed. Guy then unleashed his fierce taijutsu, swiftly kicking and obliterating every single clone.
3. Killer Bee

This encounter started when Tsunade sent Naruto to a top-secret island in the Land of Lightning for a fake S-rank mission. Following the Great Toad Sage’s prophecy, he was meant to seek training from an “octopus.” Upon arriving, Naruto met Killer Bee, a shinobi who deeply impressed him with his perfect control over the Eight-Tails.
Eager to master his own Tailed Beast, Naruto marched straight to Bee’s room and knocked on the door. He enthusiastically begged Bee to train him. Bee flatly refused, stating he wasn’t on the island to train anyone; he was on vacation under the Raikage’s orders.
Refusing to give up, Naruto tried to win him over by mimicking Bee’s signature rapping style. The attempt worked, and Bee warmed up to him. As a gesture of respect, Bee offered a fist bump and asked Naruto to drop another rhyme.
Naruto improvised, saying, “Hey, old man, you’re acting kinda funny.” Unfortunately, the line instantly killed the vibe, and Bee was not amused.

Realizing his mistake, Naruto panicked and tried to salvage the situation using the Harem no Jutsu. He spawned a crowd of seductive women, hoping the allure would convince Bee to teach him. Having conquered so many opponents with it before, Naruto was absolutely confident the jutsu would work.
His hopes were quickly crushed. Killer Bee wasn’t tempted in the slightest. Instead, he just slammed the door shut, choosing to ignore the annoying kid. Naruto was left standing in the hallway, bitterly realizing his ultimate seduction technique had failed completely.
4. Shikamaru Nara

When Konoha’s Genin were assigned to lead squads of Academy students, Naruto was put in charge of Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon. The team leaders were tasked with guiding their squads through a two-day, one-night survival exercise.
They had to navigate a designated route—trekking through forests, climbing mountains, and crossing rivers—to reach the finish line. Along the way, they faced obstacles like disguised instructors acting as enemies and hidden traps.
Shikamaru, having already achieved the rank of Chunin, served as an assistant instructor alongside Iruka. Their job was to test the Genin leaders and their students. After evaluating several squads, it was finally Team Naruto’s turn.
As team leader, Naruto commanded his squad to use seduction as their primary strategy. Naruto executed the Oiroke no Jutsu, while Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon deployed the Purin-Purin no Jutsu (Jiggling Jutsu).
This combined assault of scantily clad transformations utterly decimated Iruka and two other instructors, sending them flying backward with massive nosebleeds.

Unexpectedly, Shikamaru withstood the barrage perfectly.
He didn’t even flinch, let alone suffer a nosebleed. Thoroughly annoyed by their indecent tactics, Shikamaru disciplined the entire squad, smacking Naruto, Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon over the head with a wooden stick. The squad was left groaning on the ground, nursing large bumps on their heads.
5, 6, & 7. The Takigakure Kunoichi

This incident took place when Naruto was still a lonely Academy student. A boy named Hibachi decided to play a cruel prank on him. Knowing Naruto was desperate for friends and wanted to join his clique, Hibachi saw the perfect opportunity to make him the butt of a joke.
Hibachi promised to accept Naruto into his group under one condition. He claimed his father’s patrol unit had fought a rogue ninja the day before, leaving the corpse on the hill behind the Academy. Hibachi dared Naruto to find the body and bring back one of its belongings. Desperate for companionship, Naruto immediately agreed.
He eagerly hiked up the hill to search for the dead ninja’s gear, hoping this would finally end his isolation. What Naruto didn’t know was that his life was in actual danger. Hibachi had deliberately hidden the fact that enemy infiltrators were still actively roaming the area.
After scouring the battlefield for hours and finding nothing, hunger set in. Naruto climbed a tree to raid a bird’s nest. Inside, alongside a few eggs, he found a kunai wrapped in paper. Convinced this belonged to the defeated ninja, he took it, intending to bring it back as proof.
From a distance, three Hidden Waterfall (Takigakure) ninja were watching his every move. They instantly recognized the wrapped kunai as their crucial objective—a stolen document containing Konoha’s secrets. They deduced that their fallen comrade had stashed the weapon in the nest as a last resort before dying.

The assassins ambushed Naruto, demanding the kunai. Naruto refused and made a run for it. The Waterfall ninja gave chase, hurling shuriken at him. Cornered and desperate, Naruto unleashed his trump card: the Oiroke no Jutsu, transforming into a voluptuous woman to distract his attackers.
Instead of falling for the seduction, the assassins grew even more aggressive, drawing their swords. They soon revealed exactly why his jutsu had failed. Pulling back their masks, the three ninja were revealed to be women. Naruto stared in sheer shock, realizing his signature technique was entirely useless against them.
8. Sai

As Team 7—Kakashi, Sai, Naruto, and Sakura—finished a meal at Ichiraku Ramen, they were intercepted by Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon. Eager to show off, Konohamaru proudly demonstrated his newest achievement to Naruto: creating a single Shadow Clone.
Thrilled by his protégé’s progress, Naruto encouraged him to show exactly what he could do with it. Catching Naruto’s drift perfectly, Konohamaru executed the Oiroke: Onnanoko Doushi no Jutsu (Girl-on-Girl Sexy Jutsu). He and his clone transformed into two scantily clad women intimately embracing one another.
Naruto was absolutely stunned by the sheer quality of Konohamaru’s technique. Sakura, having been victimized by Konohamaru’s antics before, barely reacted. Kakashi remained his usual unbothered self, well-accustomed to Naruto’s similar stunts. Moegi and Udon were equally unfazed, having grown numb to the jutsu from both boys.
Sai’s reaction, however, was the most notable. Despite this being his first time witnessing the Oiroke no Jutsu, he didn’t show a hint of arousal. His expression remained completely deadpan, staring blankly at the two bikini-clad women embracing before him.
9. Neji Hyuga

When the Hidden Leaf hosted the Chunin Exams, Konohamaru, Moegi, and Udon grew deeply concerned for their “boss,” Naruto. Since Naruto was away from the village at the time, he would miss the exams. This meant he would be stuck as a Genin while his peers advanced to Chunin.
Determined to help, Konohamaru used the Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Jutsu) to disguise himself as Naruto, planning to take the exams in his place. Trying to blend in, he approached Team Guy—Neji, Tenten, and Rock Lee—acting exactly like his loudmouthed idol.
However, Lee and Tenten immediately doubted this “Naruto.” Annoyed that his cover was slipping, Konohamaru doubled down by using the Oiroke no Jutsu, transforming into a bikini-clad woman to prove he was the real deal.
Shockingly, the tactic worked on Lee and Tenten. Both became visibly flustered by the seductive display and concluded that, yes, this definitely had to be Naruto.
Unfortunately, the stunt failed on Neji. Completely immune to the Oiroke no Jutsu, Neji simply activated his Byakugan, instantly seeing right through the transformation and exposing Konohamaru’s disguise on the spot.
10. Tento

When Boruto and Sasuke traveled back in time to the old Hidden Leaf Village, Boruto actually used the Oiroke no Jutsu on Jiraiya, successfully seducing the Toad Sage. Even Naruto, the inventor of the jutsu, admitted that Boruto’s version was far superior to Konohamaru’s.
Later, in the present, Boruto was assigned to escort Tento, the son of the Fire Daimyo. While hanging out in a Konoha hotel room, Tento, who deeply admired shinobi, begged Boruto to show off his Shadow Clones. Boruto obliged, splitting into four copies, which left the young lord absolutely amazed.
Next, Tento asked to see the Transformation Jutsu. Wanting to mess with the kid, Boruto activated the Oiroke no Jutsu, morphing into a bikini-clad woman. Taking it a step further, he combined it into the Harem no Jutsu, surrounding Tento with four seductive women who wrapped their arms around him.
To Boruto’s shock, the young lord wasn’t flustered at all. Surrounded by the alluring women, Tento just burst out laughing. He casually mentioned that he preferred women who dressed modestly, explaining that he saw scantily clad women at his estate every single day.
Because of his privileged upbringing, Boruto’s ultimate seduction combo completely bounced off Tento, resulting in a total failure.
